Kevin Keegan, surprisingly a self-confessed Wolves fan, brings his mis-firing Manchester City team to the Molineux tomorrow for what promises to be an exciting, open game.
City currently lie in 5th place with 12 points, having only suffered one reverse at home to Arsenal a few weeks back and scored the second highest number of goals after Chelsea.
Last week they had enough chances against Spurs to win five games so they can create chances but sometimes not take them.
Nicolas Anelka has been on hot form this Premiership season, probably having to carry Robbie Fowler which can't be easy as he looks overweight.
However, as we all know Keegan's philosophy is outscore the opposition and they generally do.
Since they gave us that 2-0 home 'battering' back in April 2002 to then go on and win Division 1 they've not looked back.
Money has been spent and invested and suddenly there is a 'real' second team in the Premiership which gives the locals something to compete with the red half of the City.
Living and working in Manchester you see a swath of the light blue tops wherever you go. There is no doubting their passion for their club having bounced back from a brief, recent spell, in Division 2.
However, the comedy defending they employed in the UEFA Cup game would be very welcome for Mr Miller and Blake tomorrow afternoon.
As to whether Jones decides to try and stifle the opposition or go for it we'll not know until 2.30 pm.
If we play an open game there is a real possibility of being hammered.
With Jones having nearly a full squad to choose from (with the exception of Super Jo and Ndah) he can't play the injury card. Kennedy won't be risked in my opinion so we might see Henri on the left with Newts over on the right.
Newts will be in for a busy afternoon probably having to chase McManaman's shadow for much of the afternoon.
I hope we go 4-4-2 but with an 'orthodox' midfielder out on the left - perhaps Rae with Ince and Cameron in the centre. Rae can then hold, with Cameron supporting the front two.
Blake and Miller to try and get that much needed first home goal for the Premiership suffering home season ticket holders.
Butler and Craddock will have to be on top form again to repell Anelka and the equally dangerous Paulo Wanchope.
Even if we get a chance we're still going to have to find a way past David Seaman :-(
The task is another tall one. Possibly in my opinion a task that will once again be beyond us. However, I do think we will score unfortunately we'll be seeing the Keegan grin at full time on the TV.
Prediction: Wolves 1 Man City 3
