Emerson to the rescue?

Great news! Emerson is coming to save us in the Premiership.

The 31-year old Brazilian has left Spain to return to the greatest domestic league in the world.

A player in the Cameron mould he should add some much needed experience to help steel the midfield starting possibly against the Champions on Wednesday.

Now if your like me, you'll remember him strutting around at the Riverside before he threw his dummy out of the pram and did one.

That's just what we need when we need to battle our way to safety this season.

Still, let's give him a go.

After all he's joining other summer signings Luzhny, Craddock, Camara, Iversen, Silas and Okoronkwo who've made such an impact since joining.

All I can say is watch out Man United!
