The right-back has been restricted to just half an hour of Barclays Premier League action this season after suffering groin and then ankle setbacks.
But Zubar, 25, came through a midweek reserve encounter against Arsenal with no ill-effects.
He said: "I feel fine and am available to be in the squad for Saturday. My ankle is fine and there hasn't been any reaction which is good. Now it's up to the gaffer."
Zubar's only Premier League action was as a substitute against Newcastle at Molineux in late August. His only start of the campaign was four days earlier against Southend in the Carling Cup.
Zubar can also play at centre-back and operated there in the reserve clash with the Gunners. But, in the absence of the injured Jody Craddock and suspended Christophe Berra, Wolves boss Mick McCarthy is likely to persevere with the Richard Stearman-Steven Mouyokolo combination.
