Wolves Sign Defender

The 32-year-old Republic of Ireland centre-back, who was released by Sunderland in the summer, has signed a a two-year deal at Molinuex.

"As an outsider I found it hard to see why Wolves haven't made the top six in the past couple of seasons," he told the Wolves official website.

"Now I'm excited by the prospect of playing a part in helping the club make a promotion challenge."
