The Republic of Ireland international still has two years remaining on his current deal at Molineux, but the club are prepared to offer him improved terms.
With the likes of Newcastle and Sunderland having been linked with a move for the 27-year-old in the recent past, Wolves are keen to keep him out of the clutches of a Premier League rival.
That will mean handing him another deal, but Morgan is prepared to dig deep in order to keep key men at the club.
Talks regarding an extension have yet to be opened, but Wolves are confident they will soon sit down with Doyle and his representatives.
Morgan said: "I am sure we will have those conversations with Kevin and his agent at the right time.
"Kevin has been a fantastic signing for this club and is a really, really key player for us.
"We'd like to secure his services going forward."
