TiptonWolf - A really good performance from the lads, played some really nice football.
Quite a few stand-out little cameo,s.
Jones,Jarvis,Henry,Fletcher.
But man of the match,SEB,thought he was superb.
Not sure about Jelle though, certainly not good enough for left mid-field.
PS.Well done to Mick, for having the courage to sub the sub.
Keogh was a disgrace,20 mins on the pitch, and strolled around as if a sunday afternoon kick about, doubt if we will see him in a Wolves shirt again.

ADP22 - Great first performance. All over the pitch we looked a strong, powerful team especially midfield where we outplayed them especially 1st half.
Van damme and Fletcher are class additions with Fletcher really shining.....what a player. Hope his foot injury not to bad.
We were always threatening going forward and you could see a goal coming. Jones free kick.....he's had enough practice at it and at last it came off. I thought it would miss at first because as he hit it, it rolled down his shin but it only helped guide it into the net. Fletchers goal came from some nice wide play from Jarvis who looked great on the right wing all match.
2nd half first 15 we let them back and Stoke forced there style of game on us with us left to hit them on the break but we created good, good chances.
Great display all round and we deserved the points. My man of match has to be SEB.
What a transformation.....his first touch was excellent, the ball sticking to him like a magnet. He was a real threat to them making real good forward runs and his link play with Fletcher was real good.
A great atmosphere in the ground, my lads first game in the South Bank and he absolutely loved it. Think a lot of fans left with lots of optimism for the season.

Laughing_Wolfie - Lost my voice before the end of the first half, impressed with Van Dam looks good going forward and, interchanged wings well with Jarvis. Fletcher looks a real handful hope injury is not serious, good to see Ebanks looked much sharper and quicker than last season, but my MOM had to be Jones.
Great 3pts Stoke are not easy to beat, if they can play rest of the season as they did first half, then mid-table is defo on. Well done lads

abbobrom - We looked impressive in the first half. The movement off the ball and the accuracy of the passing was well worth seeing. Last season we never looked like scoring but everytime we attacked today, a goal looked on the cards.
However, after half time it all seemed to change, we looked hesitant, ponderous and nervous at times. We seemed almost content to try and protect what we had and let Stoke back into the game and start to 'boss it'. Keogh looked off the pace and Fletcher was missed.

theplater - Jelle was ok in the first half but didn't do much in the second and you can't possibly make a judgement on Halford when he hardly touched the ball in the 3 mins he had.
MM didn't spend all that money on Doyle & Fletcher for one of them to warm the bench, as soon as Doyle is fit SEB will be back on the bench, even though he looked a lot fitter than last season. Fletcher looks like a great signing and we lost our bite when he went off.
That should be Keogh's last match in a Wolves shirt.
Overall, good first half and we played some nice football, not too much in the second half but by far deserved to win and and enough seen to be optimistic for the rest of the season. Stoke are dire, a set piece team only and I think they may have been found out now. My man of the match was Jarvis.
