"I think stunned would sum up my reaction," the Wolves boss said.
"I do not know how easy it is to analyse a game like that because in the early part of the game we were bang at it, but gave away the first too easily.
"Then there was an own goal and their third was a world-class finish to beat Matt Murray.
"In the second half we tried to get on as many forwards as we could and I knew that would leave us short at the back, so I will take responsibility for the three goals in the second half."
