"The news was all good," he told Wolves' official website.
"The specialist showed me the scans and said he's happy for me to keep pushing on.
"I can go into matches when the medical staff and coaching staff say I am ready, and that's a day I look forward to.
"I trained fully with the first team for the first time since the operation at the start of the week, and I enjoyed that. I thought I did OK and I hope to be able to carry on in the same way now."
