"You can't miss two penalties, it's bad enough to miss one to see a team off but to miss two," the Wolves boss said after the game.
"I can't understand it! We practise them in training. They put them down and they put them away, so I don't know why we are missing them in games.
"Maybe they are thinking about it too much. You have just got to put the ball down, pick your spot and put it away.
"It's frustrating but what can you do about it?
"We are our own worst enemies because you have got to put your chances away. When you get the opportunities to finish sides off you have to take them."
