Jarvis capped an excellent season by making his international debut against Ghana at Wembley in March. He then helped Wolves to secure their Premier League status before getting married during the summer break.
Jarvis said: "The England call-up was a huge boost for me and to actually play part of the game was massive.
"It was a life-long ambition but it has whetted my appetite for more of the same and hopefully I can get back in there during the coming season.
"Everyone strives to do better than the season before and that counts for me as well.
"I think I can still improve. I want to play as many games as possible, score more goals and hopefully that will help me to get back in the England squad."
Wolves are flying out to Kildare in Ireland today for a pre-season training camp.
They will be without Stephen Ward, Stephen Hunt and Kevin Foley who have been given an extra week's break after summer international duty.
In addition, striker Stefan Maierhofer and defender Greg Halford have been omitted as they look for moves away from Molineux.
New signings, goalkeeper Dorus de Vries and midfielder Jamie O'Hara, are included in the party.
