"I still want to be manager here next year and I've got a 12-month rolling contract. Other thoughts haven't entered my head," Hoddle told the Birmingham Mail.
"I've seen how well we've played at times, I've seen how close we are to achieving what we wanted to achieve and get in the play-offs. And if we had finished teams off we'd have been in the top two, no doubt about it.
"We've not been a long way off it but we've got to see what the implications of not having the parachute money will impact on next season.
"Will I be prepared to work with that? It depends on what it is. If it's ridiculous I don't know but I certainly want to be Wolves manager next year."
