Hoddle Dismisses Spurs Rumours

Media reports had suggested that Hoddle was involved with a consortium that wanted to buy-out Spurs chairman Daniel Levy with the newly appointed Wolves boss returning to White Hart Lane as part of the plans.

Hoddle has vehemently denied this however.

"I have never sat down with any consortium whatsoever," he told Sky Sports.
"To say I have done is fantasy.

"It's my first weekend back and then this happens. I don't know where it's come from.

"I am just delighted to be back as manager of Wolves and looking forward to trying to get the club in the Premiership."
