The Algeria international will play for the reserves against Blackpool at Bloomfield Road.
Guedioura, part of his country's World Cup squad last summer, suffered the setback against Aston Villa at Molineux in late September.
Wolves boss Mick McCarthy believes Guedioura will be in contention for a first-team recall if he comes through unscathed.
He said: "Adlene will have his game and then he'll be ready for us, I'm sure. Adlene has been the perfect patient and has done everything that's been asked of him. He looks great in training.
"I don't think he'll need many games to be back in contention."
