The Algeria international played the full 90 minutes for the reserves against Blackpool at Bloomfield Road and scored one of the goals in a 2-1 win.
It was the first action for Guedioura, part of his country's World Cup squad last summer, since he suffered the setback against Aston Villa at Molineux in late September.
Wolves boss Mick McCarthy indicated before the game that Guedioura would be ready to join the battle for Barclays Premier League survival if he came through the game unscathed.
