The Wolves midfielder, who will return to the squad for the game against Preston having been suspended for Sundays opening game at Stoke City, was charged with failing to act in the best interests of the game and bringing the game into disrepute following comments made towards referee Steve Bennett after his sending off in the home match against Spurs on 15th May.
Ince will wait for official notification of the punishment before deciding whether or not to appeal the decision.
