The Wolves striker was named as the Coca-Cola Championship Player of the Year, sponsored by FourFourTwo, at the ceremony at Grovesnor Square London on Sunday night.
Ebanks-Blake also won the award for goal of the year.
The England Under 21 striker won the award for his strike in Wolves' 3-2 win against Charlton Athletic at the Valley towards the end of last season.
The Awards Ceremony is to be shown on Sky Sports One on Tuesday, 31st March.
