Wolves' defender Jody Craddock has been ruled out for a further two months with a hip and thigh injury.Craddock, 35, has already missed eight games after picking up the injury in the opening minutes of the 1-1 home draw against West Ham on 16 October.
He had been expected to return to training this week but a scan showed the damage was worse than first feared.
"Jody's going to be out for quite a while. It could be six to eight weeks," Wolves manager Mick McCarthy said.
McCarthy said it was a big blow to be without a player he described as his "best defender".

The centre-back was voted the club's player of the season for 2009-10.
"It's a big blow for us and for him as well," said McCarthy.
"It's still his hip and thigh, it's been bothering him. He's had it scanned again and there's a tear in it.
"He's got to have some treatment on it but it's far worse than we thought. He won't be fit until after Christmas."
