The 21-year-old has been an ever-present for the League One outfit since joining over the summer on a six-month loan deal.
The highly-rated centre-half has made one appearance for Premier League side Wolves, making his debut in last season's Carling Cup, but he hopes to force his way into the first team at Molineux when he returns from his loan with the Owls.
"Sheffield is a place that I really like and I'm enjoying my football here too, so hopefully I can continue to improve as the games come along," Batth told skysports.com.
"Obviously, my plan is to gain as much first-team experience here as I can and continue to improve along the way with the aim of going back to Wolves and competing for a first-team place there.
"The lads back there are doing well at the minute and I'm delighted that the manager and coaching staff there believe I have a big future ahead of me there.
"I'm in touch with the manager and staff from Wolves on a regular basis and it is great to see that they want to be updated and involved in my progress, so hopefully I'm impressing them."
